Dwarf Thuja
Very dense, round, oval-shaped conifer with light, yellow-green foliage, retained year round. In Spring and early Summer the gold is more intense. Use as a specimen on rock gardens. Ideal for growing in large containers for patio or terrace use.

Height in 10 years: 50cm (18in)
Spread in 10 years: 40cm (15in) at the base. Will continue to grow larger.

Position: Best in full sun, although needs some protection from severe cold Winters to prevent leaves from scorching. Tolerates a wide range of soil conditions, except extreme dry or wet.

Planting: Soak the root-ball before planting. Plant in a hole twice the diameter of the root-ball or pot. Mix an organic soil improver and general fertilizer with the infill soil. Water regularly until established.

Plant Care: Don not allow to dry out in drought conditions. Remove snow from foliage as soon as possible to prevent breaking of branches. Lightly trim with a sharp knife in Spring.
